In this 3 class series, mamas and their support team will gather in circle to explore embodied anatomy, physiology, and nutrition while welcoming and uncovering the layers of the deeper questions around this transformative experience.
Birth & Postpartum Preparation Series
Join birth and postpartum doula, Caro, in an exploration of
physiological birth and the importance of a supported postpartum.
In this 3 class series, mamas and their support team will gather in circle to explore embodied anatomy, physiology, and nutrition while welcoming and uncovering the layers of the deeper questions around this transformative experience.
This is a three day class series, 3 hours each day (9 hours total)
Attendance is required for all classes in the series.
Class is limited to 4 Birthing Mamas and their Support person.
Classes also offered in Spanish
All classes are held on weekend at these times:
Friday 3:30-6:30 // Saturday 10am-1pm // Sunday 10am-1pm

Meet Caro…
Caro Alzate is guardian of wisdom ways for Care for the People and Care for the Earth. She has a deep reverence for birth as the sacred ceremony that it is. For this reason, her service is focused on supporting and honoring each individual woman’s calling for how they may envision their unique birth space and experience. She brings along years of experience of compassionate care and presence along with evidence based tools and techniques that can guide and support mothers through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Her main goal being that mothers can make this journey in awareness and heightened confidence.
Some of the her offerings are Child Birth Education and Mentoring, Doula Care, Birth Assistance, Post Partum Care, and Mother’s Blessing Ceremonies. Carolina is based in Gainesville, Fl and has trained as a Doula with TDMA (Traditional Doula and Midwifery Arts). She is Co-Founder of Becoming Birth and a proud team member of Wildflowers Midwifery..
